My husband put this together for our Maine * feline. He was able to assemble this item fairly quickly without too much of a challenge. As says he put it down on the floor, she came and smelled it first, then proceeded to try out her claws and then settled down laying on it, so I guess it passed the “cat test”! We have 2 cats and one cat loves the typical scratching post with rope, while one refuses to use them and always goes for the furniture instead. Once we put up this under-furniture scratcher on the corner of our sofa, she now goes to this to scratch and no longer scratches the furniture. The texture is much more to her liking. Man kann es hoch oder niedrig aufstellen. Dazu kommt ein süsses Spielzeug und etwas Katzenminze zur Motivation.
